"Top-Notch Customer Support!"
I ran into a small hiccup with my parts order, so I shot an email over to JRI detailing the problem. The next day, Steve got back to me saying they’d take care of it without any fuss, and before I knew it, the replacement was on its way. Got the right item just a few days after that—happy days indeed! Their customer service is fantastic, and the quality of the parts is great! I’d definitely recommend JRI to anyone!

"Caught in a whirlwind"
I placed my order on April 24, 2022, and as of May 6, 2022, I haven't heard a peep about when it might ship. It's just a frame, no extra parts or anything. I've reached out three times, but no one has gotten back to me.

Steve gave me a call to break down what was going on. His explanations made sense. He offered me a choice: a refund or to hang tight. I decided to stick it out.

I really appreciate the Trustpilot review system.

"Top-notch bicycle I've ever had"
Without a doubt, this is the highest quality and most attractive bike I've ever bought. I’ve been using it for a 20km commute each way for more than a year, and it’s never let me down. The crew supported the bike and provided servicing (only in Melbourne) at no additional cost. Overall, it’s a fantastic deal.

I checked out the spot in Fitzroy and I can't recommend them enough—super fast, really efficient, and the staff are friendly and know their stuff! I'd definitely go back there without a second thought!
